Under Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data ("KVKK"), your personal data may be processed by Reform Aksoy Yapı İnşaat Limited Şirketi (Trade Registry No: 14095, Tekirdağ, Türkiye) as data controller, within the scope described in this notice.

2. Personal data we process
Information you send us via the survey request form, WhatsApp, email or phone is collected electronically:
- Identity and contact details: full name, phone number, email
- Request details: project type, approximate area, location, budget range and message content
- Technical data: security and operational records such as IP address, browser type and visit time kept by the hosting infrastructure
- Only if you consent: anonymised site usage statistics (see Cookie Policy)
3. Purposes
Your data is processed to:
- Respond to your requests and communicate with you
- Carry out survey and proposal processes and pre-contract steps
- Fulfil our legal obligations
- Keep the site secure and running
- Evaluate site usage statistically, if you consent
4. Legal bases
Your data is processed under KVKK Art. 5/2-c (necessary for the conclusion or performance of a contract), 5/2-ç (compliance with a legal obligation) and 5/2-f (legitimate interests); and, for analytics cookies, on your explicit consent.
5. Transfers
Your data is not sold. It may be shared with authorised public bodies where legally required, and with hosting, messaging (WhatsApp) and email service providers, and — if you consent — an analytics provider. Some providers may be located abroad; transfers are made in accordance with KVKK Art. 8 and 9.
6. Retention
Data is kept for as long as the purpose requires and as required by law, then deleted, destroyed or anonymised.
7. Your rights
Under KVKK Art. 11 you have the right to:
- Learn whether your data is processed and request information
- Learn the purpose and whether it is used accordingly
- Know the third parties to whom it is transferred, in Türkiye or abroad
- Request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data
- Request deletion or destruction where conditions are met, and notification of this to third parties
- Object to an outcome against you arising from automated analysis
- Claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing
